REQUEST FOR QUOTE – Accounting Services 

PMI Northern Alberta Chapter (PMINAC) is a non-profit organization on a mission “to be the innovative leader in the Northern Alberta community for advancing project management and making individuals and organizations more successful. We are a responsive and collaborative centre of excellence promoting knowledge, skills, quality, integrity and leadership.” 

We send this Request for Quote for Accounting Services. We have identified you as a potential vendor and request that you provide us with a quote for the services as outlined below. 

Relevant Background information: 

- 1 Bank Account (processes on average 10 to 15 transactions per month) - 1 Paypal Account (receives 50 to 100 transactions per month) 

- Hosts 21 events throughout the year. 

Requested Tasks: 

- Monthly bank, GL, Balance Sheet, and P&L statements within 10 business days of each month end. 

- Financial Statements based on projects (departments/portfolios), and consolidated statements. 

- Variance Reporting (Budget to Actual) . 

- Annual tax filings (GST and Income Tax). 

- Assist with an annual audit as requested by a third-party firm. 

In addition to the quote, please include the following information in your proposal: 

- Your company’s experience in the non-profit sector. 

- Relevant qualifications and certifications. 

- Confirmation that the requested melines can be achieved. 

- Any references from similar organizations you have worked with in the past. 

We will be evaluating proposals based on price, quality, and your company’s ability to meet our specific needs.
