Managing Stakeholders in Large Projects

Stakeholders may come and go throughout the lifecycle of a project and the degree of a stakeholder’s interest, interest, influence or impact may change over time. Stakeholders, especially those with a high degree of influence need to be effectively engaged so that their interests, concerns and rights are understood. Managing those stakeholders throughout the project will lead to a successful project outcome.
