Drawing from her experience as a Technical Program Management lead within a Research and Technology organization, Ripple applied this approach across global research, engineering, and marketing teams working toward multi-million-dollar revenue targets.

### ? Meet the Speaker: Ripple Patel, PMP

Ripple Patel is a Senior Technical Program Manager at NVIDIA, where she drives mission-critical contributions to AI factory-scale platforms. Her work includes the launch of an LLM benchmarking tool, production rollouts of an AI training and inference platform, and improving application goodput through autonomous workload-level recovery.

She holds a B.A.Sc. in Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a PMP-certified professional. Her career spans oil and gas, transit, insurance, consulting, finance, and technology, with experience at organizations including Google, Dolby Laboratories, Salesforce, Deloitte, TD Bank, Suncor, and the Toronto Transit Commission.

Beyond her professional work, Ripple is a part-time second-language teacher, a small-time artist, and serves as Director of Community Engagement and Youth at a cultural organization in Fort McMurray.

What motivates Ripple most is connecting with project management professionals across industries. She believes project management is one of the few disciplines where the skills truly travel—creating opportunities to share experiences, learn from others, and continually grow as a practitioner.
